Difficile long  18 km.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Le parcours v\u00e9lo + ballade dans la for\u00eat des h\u00eatres: Parcours :  Auriac &#8211; Le Roube &#8211; La Roque &#8211; La Griffoulette &#8211; Ancienne route du Lagast (juste avant la  D25). S&rsquo;arr\u00eater pour faire circuit  p\u00e9destre  avec quizz sur les h\u00eatres (1h). Retour, par Moncan. 14 km.
